COACHING

Maximize your potential through coaching

Coaching is defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their potential. Working with a coach has long been commonplace among corporate leaders, giving high-achieving and high-potential employees the boost they need to further maximize their potential. With the amazing results proven by scientific studies, and the professionalism brought to the practice by ICF and many esteemed coach education programs, the practice is quickly gaining traction across industries and roles.

A Metrix Global study found that coaching has a 788% return on investment based on factors including increased productivity and employee retention. And, the International Coaching Federation reports that, on average, coaching leads to a 70% increase in individual performance, a 50% increase in team performance, and a 48% increase in organizational performance.

Perspective/Mindset Coaching: Perspective/Mindset coaching helps individuals understand and shift their thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors to achieve personal and professional goals. Shannon may work with coachees to identify and challenge limiting beliefs, understand and embrace new perspectives, and cultivate a growth mindset.

Productivity Coaching: Productivity coaching helps coachees become more efficient, optimize time management, and embrace goal-setting strategies. Shannon uses the strategies of productivity coaching frequently with major gift officers, providing accountability and guidance that leads to success and satisfaction at work.

Values/Needs/Wants Coaching: Coaching with values, needs, and wants at the center enables individuals to align their actions with what they hold dear, often leading to increased authenticity, purpose, and fulfillment. Shannon works with coachees to identify and prioritize their personal values, needs, and wants — and often clear out influence that the values society or others uphold has on them.
